How soon can I claim?

Claims can be made immediately. However, when taking out the policy, you are required to declare that, at the time of inception, you are not aware of any circumstances that could give rise to a future claim. As long as any dispute arises from a business activity covered under your policy and occurs after your cover begins, you are eligible to claim. With this policy, there is no waiting period, so claims can be submitted as soon as the cover is active.
