1. How to Make an Insurance Claim:
If your claim relates to veterinary fees, please download, complete, and return the relevant claim form as instructed.
For the following types of claims, please contact us first before submitting any forms. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the correct documentation:
Death of an animal
Loss due to theft, straying, or deliberate release (including advertising and reward)
Loss of boarding fees
Animals in transit
Custodial responsibility
