Insurance Industry Awards: Petcover Making Waves and Redefining Excellence
The Broker Innovation Awards have named Anna Hall, Global Head of Marketing & Communications, a “Rising Star 2023” for the second consecutive year.
In a competition against an incredible, seasoned, and gifted group of contenders, Anna’s commitment to excellence and creative approach to her work at Global Petcover Group won out during an award ceremony on September 7, 2023, in London.
The Rising Star Award honours individuals who have had a remarkable year, showcasing creative approaches that provide favourable outcomes. The awards also seek out individuals who go beyond the scope of their initial position and responsibilities while displaying best practises.
“I am really grateful to Broker Innovation Awards for acknowledging the effort and commitment I have put into my work over the past two years,” Anna said of her win.
“I am pleased with my accomplishments at Petcover and the improvements I have made to the group marketing strategy, which has raised online sales. I take great pride in having been the driving force behind the company’s infrastructure stabilisation, which has enhanced customer satisfaction and increased the stability of the business’s online presence.
But without my amazing team, I could not have experienced the triumph of the past two years; I am very proud of each and every one of them. This win is as much theirs as it is mine.

Under Anna’s watchful eye, the UK’s online experience has improved tenfold. As a result, we have witnessed a sharp rise in online sales and, more significantly, better customer experiences with quote and buy systems, consumer-facing websites, and now the stabilisation and enhancement of worldwide databases.
